merde, i want to find beautiful things.
and reach some sort of self realization.
it's difficult when you can't decide who it is exactly you want to get attention from. it is difficult when you can't decide who it is you actually are.

Oh, and you know, I haven't met that many fat pastry people. It's pretty easy to get burned out on sweet food. It seems that more often then not the guys that gain weight are the ones working on the line or the Exec Chefs. The guys on the line and the big shot usually know better than to eat crap food, but either don't have the time to make good food, or are just too burned out on cooking that they don't wanna make it. Crap! Look at me. I can go in and make 60 crabcakes and then rock out hazelnut chicken fricasee with neuscees bacon and fingerling potatoes all night- but when I get home I make pasta with tomato cream sauce... or I eat a can of soup with a grilled cheese... *sigh*
