So, trying to plan a little something for my best friends birthday in a few weeks. Right now I'm thinking a little picnic at the park, followed up with a Kaki King concert that I got tickets to. Sounds like alot at the moment, especially considering the drive it takes to go see her, but whatever. I figure, it's the last birthday I'll probably ever get to spend with her, so I might as well make the best of it.

Yeah, about that...

I've been struggling with myself as to how I actually feel about her moving. On one hand, I'm proud as hell. I'm proud of her for throwing herself out there and seizing the moment. On the other hand, she's moving to the other end of the world. It's just such an effort to be supportive without being somewhat bitter about it. I guess that's what's bothering me, as I'm anything BUT bitter about the situation.
