Eeep!
Zombie walk was awesome. At our last count we had over 200 zombies shambling down the streets of Tucson. For the most part, it went well. Until some little jackasses decided they didn't have to listen to the "don't bang on windows/cars" rule and started hitting a SunTran bus. Jerks. Of course, since thats government run they called the cops faster than anything and then the police were looking for me (as one of the organizers). I talked to them, they were fine with us walking but made sure I knew what was going on. So, I ran up and down the line (with the help of Ali and Chris) and told all the zombies that any law infractions would get them arrested, and since the police sergeant already had all MY contact info, I didn't feel like going to jail for them being dumb. Other than that, it was sweet. There were so many good costumes, zombies, zombie killers... bad-ass in general. I'll post pics soon.
In other news, STATE BOARD TOMORROW!!! That's where my eep-ing comes from. I am nervous. I have packed, unpacked, re-labeled, added, removed, and re-packed my practical bag. I've checked and re-checked a million times to make sure I have everything. I'm pretty set on the practical part of the exam, but more worried about the written. I know the info, it's just stuck in the back of my brain somewhere and will be forced to come out sooner or later. I have to be up at 4:30am and out the door no later than 5:30. Which means no practice for me, and lots of sleep. Thankfully I didn't get much last night, so it should be easy for me to fall asleep.
Ok, I'm off to have some dinner. Hope everyone had a great weekend!
