Total push ups, 300 bitch. Yeah I'm back up mother fuckers. On 8/16/04 I started this push up workout back up and only got 168. Fucking feels good to be back to 300. I recommend it to anyone who wants to kick the shit out of thier arms and chest and also get a little cardio workout as well. I'm off to hang with my total babe of a girlfriend.
