So basically I booked my tickets to America! My time table is this:
21/03/2011 - London to New York
24/03/2011 - New York to Chicago
28/03/2011 - Chicago to LA
04/04/2011 - LA to London
I would much rather have spent more time in all these places and gone to about 100 others as well, but given the limited time I can take off work this will have to do for now.
I'm open to any suggestions to of places to visit and things to see, people to meet whilst I'm out there, so let me know if you have any ideas.
I just got to book my hostels, get my insurance, get a credit card, get me ESTA sorted then go. I think I came across as incredibly unexcited about it in Thomsons today, but i really am excited about it. Nervous too, If anybody has any tips for smooth sailing through an airport then again, please let me know. Otherwise I shall just have to watch 'Up in the air' again and learn George Clooney's tips. The only one i can remember right now is to go behind Asians in a queue.
I have a feeling these next 46 days or going both suck and be exciting as I lose track of everything except this holiday. I really won't give a shit about work as they've already paid me enough money to do this trip haha.
As soon as I thought about writing this blog one song came to mind. Partly because of well, the title, partly because i just listened to it the other day.

This sounds like an awesome trip.

I'm so jealous. I've been yearning for some international travel for myself a lot lately.
