Fievel was always one of my favorite movies while I was growing up and I just got a text from my oldest nephew (he's 14) telling me that my mom had found my Fievel doll while going through stuff and then she made him watch the movie. He had to tell me how lame I am because "the animation on those old movies just sucks" yup feeling a little old now <shrug> although it did make me think of this song



which I love .... great memories.

And even though I know how very far apart we are
It helps to think we might be wishing on the same bright star

And when the night wind starts to sing a lonesome lullaby
It helps to think we're sleeping underneath the same big sky

Somewhere out there if love can see us through
Then we'll be together somewhere out there
Out where dreams come true
