oh no! i woke up this morning to find my new medusa piercing almost engulfed by my lip. luckily, if i pushed hard enough you can actually see the ball - yay! now after taking a ton of ibuprofen, the swelling has gone down to where i don't have to constantly push it up by my tongue but it's still very threatening (ex: the under side keeps sinking into my lip, but with the same reverse technique it should be alright). too bad my piercer made a poor choice in putting a short labret post as its current jewlery - he doesn't usually make bad piercing related decisions
anyway, i'm gonna stick it out and try to get it back to normal. mostly because i can't get the ball off to take it out
