I'm thinking about going vegan.. but I'm not sure if I can do it. I'm gluten intolerant so wheat products are out already. I did follow a vegan diet for a few months about 5 years ago (before I knew I couldn't eat wheat products) and felt pretty good but it'll be soo hard to maintain a balanced diet now. Any ideas?
