Finally!!! This short sale I've had an offer on for the past 8 months is finally going through the end of April! What a pain in my ass this has been. I can't wait to get settled in my new house, be much closer to work, and enjoy my super awesome pool. Thank goodness I have a little patience...plus really understanding parents.

Then I can get my tat finished...if i don't go overboard with stuff for my house. lol
