All week I went to training, sometimes I worked, I thought a lot. Now I am focused on my health and taking care of my needs and desires. I'm watching what will come out of it.
I write about how I feel during the day and all that. I also periodically write a gratitude diary. It helps.
There are plans to purchase courses-training for a fitness instructor. I want to try something new.
