Rough day. Long day. Stressful day.
Seems like everything that could have gone wrong with today's work, did go wrong. Even had to email the boss about the entire situation and how to (hopefully) remedy everything.
Looking for more work. Seems to be a dead-end. Ran into a friend/coworker from a past job the other day. Both of us looking for more work. Both of us wondering the same thing: "Is anyone actually seeing our applications?" Hoping something comes through. Have to keep positive that it all will.
Thunderstorms this past week. Vegas had severe weather and flood warnings. Heard that a couple Strip hotels experienced some substantial damage. Likely it'll be repaired within the month, the business those places make!

It's stupid, I feel like they are hiring but don't want to hire qualified people. Fear of the risk of having to pay them. I don't get the hiring process anymore.
