Working out is actually working out. I got to say, I feel the results are coming very well. I ma not dropping pounds, but the fitness and strength are improving. Gaining inches of muscle and losing inches of fat. I am loving it and tonight I stepped into the dojo for the first time in at least two years. I still remember much of what I had learned. Maybe I will end up there more often.
