A while back I had this magical epiphany/daydream/out-of-body experience that lead me to believe that I was once a lion......no seriously.
My independence, the way i carry myself, how i hold those close to me, could only be described as traits familiar to that of a lioness.
Last October whilist browsing craiglist a certain ad popped out at me where there was an abandoned dog who needed a home. For some reason,
the ad stuck out to me. I felt in my heart this dog was looking for me and needed me; i had to go meet this dog. The next day i went to meet Simba.
We've been together for over a year now and she truly is wonderful. Although she gets into trouble, she's always happy to see me even after i haven't been home in 10 hours.
She's my family, and I am hers.
