I'm a huuuge fan of forums, since early 00's I've been part of some of them! I've met most of my friends online, as an introvert it's an amazing way to have conversations about different topics and also different depths - with like minded people 😉
My first forum ever was in a Hard/Glam Rock music website. Gosh, that's ooold!! Does any of you remember this image? If so you know what I'm talking about 🤣
I used to be part of some hosted by Oasis fan websites all over the world, although I was more active in a Brazilian (where I met my long term partner btw) and a (super fun) Italian one. I guess they built my actual (non)sense of humor tbh 🤔🤔
Also I was part of the team behind one of the oldest Johnny Depp fan website in Brazil. Ha! I bet you didn't know that 🤓 haha I was also very active in our forum, as a moderator and a user, of course!
Nowadays you can find me more active in ethical non-mono and sex positive related ones!
Curious facts aside, I believe forums and this kind of communities are a great way to make connections and I'm feeling honored to now help to moderate some of SG groups! 🥰🥰🥰
