so i think im just about recovered from the ibs (international beauty show... not irritable bowel syndrome) in new york this past weekend. im still trying to get used to my hair. my stylist, lisa marie, that ive been modeling for for the past 4.5 years, likes to go a bit overboard with me bc she knows im pretty open to change. but this year it meant asking me on stage... in front of a crowd of about 100 people... if i would be ok to go asymetrical!
well... what was i supposed to say?!?! soo... my hair is asymetrical. and bright... very bright!
but like i said im getting used to it. it helps when random people on the streets of new york (and my tiny little home town, really random) stop to comment about my hair. its funny tho, i have friends who have seen it and havent said a word (good manners, if you dont have anything nice to say, dont say anything at all), one friend who wants to have sex with my hair, two more that say this style went out when they were in middle school (in the early 90's... when i was in 2nd and 3rd grade)...
as soon as i get my film developed (i know... old school, but my digital is crap) and pics from my friend, i will post the before, during and afters from the show and get opinions from all the cool people here on sg!
anyway, about to head out to new brunswick, my old stomping ground, for my old roomies birthday/st patricks day! so i hope everyone has a safe and fun evening... ttfn!
