I don't sing nor dance and yet I have found myself in the cast of a local production of Sound Of Music (basically party guest, concert official, and Nazi). I made no bones about my inabilities, so we shall see how this all shakes out. Singing is OK since the only time I have to do that is with the rest of the cast, so I blend in (I sing like Ringo Starr), but dancing is going to be rough. I have a dance partner who is, literally, young enough to be my daughter. I am sure she's De-LIGHT-ed to get the old guy as her partner, but I will work as hard as I need to so's as not to embarrass the poor girl.
