Something "ironic" has happened since my last post. Not to me, I must stress. But to somebody else. Very weird and upsetting. Liquor is pretty bad, evidently.
OK. What is the deal with the young people? When I was in my early twenties we didn't have such a proliferation of energy drinks, powders, foods, etc. Why are younger people so damn lethargic? If you go into a convenience store, there might be fifty (literally) different products for sale that are "energy boosters". Mostly aimed at the youth. When I was younger we had Vivarin or coffee (which would totally eff you up if mixed). As far as legal stimulants that was about it. Do most high school students now speed thru the day with red bull or one of the myriad products out there? There's something to the lack of energy in today's youth, at least evidenced by all the energy products out there and easily attainable (and legal). Doesn't anybody take speed anymore? I guess, why bother when you can tank up on Red Bull betwixt classes.
