Grrrrrrrrr
I FINALLY get to go see There Will Be Blood. It was compelling, amazing-looking, wonderful stuff...for an hour andd ten minutes. Then the SCREEN WENT BLANK!!!!!
Y'see there was a car accident that wiped out the power grid in the area, which wiped out all the computers in the shopping plaza the theatre is located in. The film was digitally projected, so they couldn't continue the film since the computers were messed up. I saw the first half, essentially, before we were told not to bother waiting.
I am not destined to see this movie. Maybe tomorrow. That will be AWESOME because I get to see the first half ALL OVER AGAIN!!!
As Charlie Brown so eloquently puts it while flying through the air "AUGGH!"
