I figured it was about time that I follow in the footsteps of all You awesome people out there. I spend a lot of time liking posts and commenting but not so much telling you about me and how things are going. Some of you may read this and laugh and some may not. Either way it's no sweat of my back. I want to say thank you for all the likes and comments that many of you have posted to my page. This community and the friends I have made here has filled parts of my life that we're hollow and empty so thanks for accepting me into your beautiful world.
I'm not going to bore you from starting at ( Once apon a time there was this lil boy) Na!! That would take way too long and you would fall asleep after the first paragraph.
So far this year has been filled with ups and downs. Work isn't the greatest! For those who don't know what I do here is a short intro. You know how much you love sitting at home on a cold winter day ,snuggled under a blanket with your significant other, and watching the Walking Dead Marathon! Sounds awesome doesn't it? Well here's the bad! All the power goes out! You run to the braker box to check and make sure there are no fuses popped! All looks good! You wonder what the hell happen. You have no power and Darrell was just chasing down the car that Beth got taken into! Now your going to miss that part of the show! Damnit! You call the power company to tell them your power is out! They let you know your one of a Thousand people without power due to the ice and wind. Your wondering what the hell does that have to do with my power being out? Well here is a glimpse into my job. When you call the power company and its 2 degrees out and there is a foot of snow on the ground and an inch of ice on your car. I'm the guy that gets the call to restore the power. I head to work, grab a bucket truck and begin the long task of setting poles and putting wire back up to provide your house with power. I work in all weather conditions and at all times of the day. I'm a power lineman as they call it. So do me a favor when you see a guy in a bucket truck working on the power lines please say thanks because it always brings a smile to our face!😄
Sorry I know that wasn't short and I tend to ramble!
Work has been sucky for a while! Just tired of all the bull crap that's been going on. So instead of sitting in my hands I decided to send my resume out to a couple other companies that I thought would appreciate all my had work and dedication I put in. Luckily for me I go back for my second interview this next week! More money and closer to where I grew up! It's a win win in my book so fingers crossed!🙏
My boys are my world! I love watching them both grow and admire their willingness to take on new and exciting adventures with me! I'm teaching them all that I know! Which isn't a whole lot but hey as long as it gives them a good start I'm happy.
I'll be turning a year older in a little over a week! April 27 to be exact. I'll be 34 and proud of it. 34 is just a number it's not something that defines you! I'm still a kid at heart and I'm not afraid to show it. I get the most enjoyment out of helping others. I never judge or ask for nothing in return. I give my honest opinion if you ask but never if you don't ask. It's not my place to tell you what to do or how to do it but I might have one or two good ideas on how to deal with it. If you need help just ask! A friend to talk to or an extra set of hand or brain. I love working with my hands, building things and trying to design, and in the last six to eight months remodeling my house. I've posted a few photos but haven't kept up on snapping pics lately. There isn't a task to big or small that I won't try to tackle.
Sorry for the long boring rant but in the future I'll try to post more often so I don't have to be sooooooo lengthy. I hope this finds you all safe and healthy! Take care and don't be a stranger. I don't bite, I just nibble!
