Since I started my journey to get healthy for me and my family I've went from Just a little over 270 to 220 lbs. I've been strictly doing cardio. But this week I decided I would add strength training into the mix. OMG. Its kicking my ass. I have pain in muscles I never knew I had. Lol!! I'm sure that the pain is a good thing. Wanna be around for a while so a lil pain never hurt no one. Trying to nail down a goog tattoo artist as well. I've met with a couple and have looked over their work now just have to decide who I want to start my sleeve. Here is a pic of the one I want to get on my back.
