My Trip To Montreal:
I always love an excuse to get out of Ottawa, I mean ALWAYS. This city sucks the life out of me. So, when asked if I could be in Montreal Monday afternoon, I gladly accepted! The drive there was great, loud music, and me. No one to bug me, just time to myself, which these days, is hard to find.
I arrived a bit early and stopped for a drink at the Esso. I drove down some side streets to get back to Amherst, where I needed to go. Driving down those streets really gives you a feel of what a real city feels like. There were people shoveling, people parking, talking, walking around, whatever the case may be, they were there. You walk around Ottawa from 9-5, NO ONE! blah! no one, around. maybe a couple people walking to lunch, but that's it. Needless to say, it was a great day.
(The reason I went to Montreal will remain a secret for another day or two hehe ;P)
Here are some photos of the trip... (first one is my scared face, driving home in a blizzard hehe)

It's kind of funny because if you look at the national capital region, we have a huge population. It's like everyone here is lame on purpose.
