I spoke to Joe today.

Remember him? He was the guy I fell completely head over heels for about two years ago. We lived together until everything went tits up this time last year.
It was a bit weird...I'd heard various stories about how he had been on the run from the police, how he was in jail and so on.
Anyway turns out he isn't. He's living in wales now with his new girl and they're expecting a baby. To be honest I'm very happy for him, sounds like he finally sorted himself out and has settled down. Possibly even become a better person. We chatted for a little over msn and he apologised for how he treated me.
All this built up rage against him has left me and I can finally say that I have inner peace.

Finally I can get on with my life and focus on what lies ahead

In other news, i got new glasses!
