Right now sitting in my fridge is an arctic char, which is a type of fish. I've also got about ten pounds of kosher sea salt in my cupboard. Tonite I'm going to pack the fish in wet salt and cook it. Some friends of mine did this not long ago and it was the yummiest fish I've ever had. Once it comes out of the oven, I'll crack apart the granite-hard salt and peel the skin off the fish. Mmmm....

Still haven't figured out what I'll serve for the side-dish, but I'm going to make orange-mousse for dessert. Or maybe I'll go to the place I'm working at and buy some expensive cheeses instead and serve them with fruit. Figs are coming into season. Hmm...

Anyways, I'm posting this at 7:00am because our cats decided it was time to chase each other around the house. Normally I sleep through this but tonite their feline games seemed to consist of me being some kinda home-base. So they'd bounce off me over-and-over again. I'm going to go throw them both in the shower. :insert wet pussy joke here:
