Alright alright, time for an update. I've been busy Sunday thru Wednesday because of all the catching up I needed to do, but like I said, I got really lucky and picked a great day to miss classes. I had quizzes in four out of five of my classes ( 4 out 5 of Franki's teachers thinks she is the awesomest kid ever. The 5th teacher was tragically killed by a steamroller. Just kidding.) and I TOTALLY rocked them. I got A's on all four of them. I was very proud of myself. Last night I went bowling with Mike and some other people, which was fun. I got both my highest score (54-- I know, it's terribly pathetic. My 7 year old sister consistently beats me in bowling, no lie) and my lowest score (9) of all time. Mike is almost definitely joining a Fraternity this semster. There is almost nothing I find more mysterious, stupid, and frankly, repulsive than Greek Life. Honestly. Why would I PAY to make friends? I really don't get it. If I want to go get drunk with a lot of stupid people every night, I'm perfectly capable of accomplishing that on my own, without paying vast sums of money to be part of the "sisterhood". Mystifying, it really is. Anyways, tonight our basketball team is playing Connecticut--we will lose for sure. I don't know if I've ever talked about this, but I LOVE basketball, especially NCAA. I always dreamed of going to a college with a good basketball program (UNC, Maryland). But I wound up at USF. Oh well. But I like Connecticut and would like to see them play, even thought I will be (fruitlessly) rooting for USF. The weather has been bugging me lately. It was FREEZING on Monday. Well, by Florida's standards. It was in the 20's or 30's. I guess that really is freezing. Anyways, it's gotten warmer every day since. And I never know if I'm going to walk out and be freezing my ass off, or walk out with 5 too many extra layers of clothes on. That's Florida winters for ya. I want it to be Spriiiiiiiiiing. Well, ideally, I want to to be Summer, but I'm not that picky. Sunday we have more bowling plans, and tomorrow night Kali is all miiiiiiiiine. She's been mucho busy this week with school, so we haven't really been able to hang out, unfortunately. I wanna have a Superbowl party next weekend. The Superbowl is in my hometown this year! Too bad I'm not there. I do think it's pretty cool though. A couple of my friends are going. Better them than me, I'm not a football person, but it is pretty cool. GOOOOOOOOO Eagles! I like Terrell Owens. But the Pats will surely win AGAIN, bastards. Ok, this was a REALLY long and rambling post--SORRY!
