Ah, today was entirely spent running aroud like a madwoman, mostly due to poor planning. I went to the used bookstore down the road to look for (duh) cheap textbooks, and the prices were about the same as they were online so I was like...ok, I'll just buy them here. Then I got to thinking that maybe they had used books at the campus bookstore, where I can just use my scholarship money, because I wasn't too keen on emptying my bank account...just makes me a little nervous. So I drove baaaaaaack to campus (fortunately, it's not very far), but they didn't have any of the books I needed used, so it was baaaaack to the used book store. SO my account is empty, but at least I'll be getting that money soon. Then I wasted some time in Target before a doctor's appt. When I got back home I thought....hm, my Bio textbook is only 250 pages long. I could photocopy the whole thing for only 25$ and just return the book. But that took a lot longer than I thought it would (I spent about an hour and a half copying *shudder*) so I'll have to return the book tomorrow. Then I went to Technical Writing, which I thought would be a drag (it's a 3 hour long class) but it was actually really awesome, the teacher is great. I have next Monday and Tuesday off, so I only have school one day next week. So much the better for me 'cause I'm leaving for Miami tomorrow, and that means I get to stay longer, woohoo! I am soooooo ready for Iron Chef America on Sunday night. Anyways, now I need to do homework (back to the daily grind) and begin the interminable process of packing. I hope everyone is feeling as cheerful as I am!
