so... my long weekend in chicago went very well!

orientation thursday night, basically just confirmed why i want to get my masters in social work and made me extremely anxious to just start school... though i say that now and in a few months i will probably be anxiously waiting to be done with it grass is always greener right?

rest of the weekend was spent with friends (old & new) ... went to the 'sixteen candles' show... which is an awesome 80s cover band, tons of fun. after they finished up my (future) roomie and i headed to the sg meet n greet. had a lovely time meeting some awesome people! cannot wait for future late night shenanigans

signed a lease in a pretty sweet location
danced to the 80s
met beautiful fellow sg ladies and gents
...
long story short... i cannot wait to get back to chicago and make it my home
