I was pretty stoked when I found out my Wonderful Wekeend set would go live on an actual weekend, that worked out very well for me:)
Have you seen the set yet? I really had a lovely time on the roadtrip down to Calgary with Novha and Aurralee, even though we had to wake up sooo early.
We made it down there and Kezia was just about to start shooting the lovely MissLadyLigeia and I got to watch that magic happen! It was my first time meeting either of these gorgeous talented ladies and I have to say it was ti great to be able to meet them and work with Kezia.
I shot next, I wanted to do a fun set, so I chose a kitchen set with a lazy Sunday morning vibe in mind. I think it came across well! What do you guys think of it?
Aurralee shot next, and I realized that in all the time I've known her this was the first I got to see her in front of the camera, with the exception of the yearly Christmas card shoots. It was such a treat to see the model side of my dear friend:)
Novha shot next, and that talented babe made the top she is wearing in her set! This trip was the first time she and I had a chance to really chat and get to know one another, I've really come to love this girl!
Sjofn arrived! She had been in town shooting with another photographer beforehand and came to the house later in the day. She shot a super cute Hogwarts Express Lego set that I cant wait to see!
I also got the opportunity to meet MissKatastrophe and she is a really sweet lady.
After such a long day the 3 of us just wanted to get home to bed so we packed up and made the trip back to Edmonton, leaving Calgary at about 9:30pm.
It really was a fantastic day and I'm so glad I was able to meet and develop so many friendships while creating a beautiful set with a talented photographer.
