Uh oh. My son is going through this, panic attacks and anxiety. Pain in the ass. Breath, read, stretch, walk, even chewing gum can help.

Beautiful. Some of the weirdest tricks work for anxiety. Like passing a ball from one hand to the other. Just to get a different part of your brain to overide the negative voice. Hope you are managing and kicking ass!
