Ok, so I've been searching around the internet for tattoo designs that look interesting and that deal with me. I think the biggest thing I can think of with me (other than what your dirty minds are thinking of) is my Irishness. So, after looking at shamrocks and crosses for an hour, I stumbled onto the Claddagh ring used by many Irish people for wedding rings and whatnot.

The basic Claddagh ring looks like this:


The ring, depicting two hands clutching a heart, complete with a crown, epitomises the expression of lasting love and eternal friendship. The heart symbolises love, the hands friendship and the crown loyalty and fidelity.

Well, who can beat that?!?! Perfect, except not very "tattooish" so I kept searching. And then I found this:

Its a "tribal" Claddagh tattoo.

Now, that's just a regular temp tattoo from a web site. What I need is a redesign in that same style of the Claddagh ring to be on my arm (just to be clear, i ain't gettin a tattoo on my back)

THAT, ladies and gents, will be my first tattoo. Looks like Montreal will be the place if I can get a design in time.
