So I've been out biking, I like it so far. It has allowed me to increase my work outs, went running twice yesterday, and biked for an hour and a half today. Although now I'm beat, and feeling pretty wind burned. Shitty part is something is going on with the shifting, I'll have to drop it off at the bike shop tomorrow.
Any way I'm to lazy to cook now, so I'm eating a yogurt, and peanut butter sandwich, which reminds me I need to buy some raisins. Next up, a shower, nap for a little while and off to work.
