Weather sucks, cold at night, still like 45 F. yuck.
building a nice base for my running though, my legs are getting nice and cranked. supplementing the biking definitely helps.

jogged for half an hour and then biked for 45 mins. Bit off a bit to much, now I'm fucking sore. weather is going to get rainy
