Went clothes shopping today and got five nice women's slacks at the Salvation Army for $18, including some purple crinoline baggies and these lush red velvet slacks with a vine pattern that look like fucking drapes in a 17th Century French drawing room!
I got tired of looking in vain at thrift stores for ladies' shoes to fit me (size 13) so I went to Payless shoes and found a couple pairs of cheap open-toed shoes in size 11 that will work, one pair of two-inch heels and the other a platform heel and sole, both black. Then I went to Foxy Lady Boutique (where all the trannies and drag queens shop in SF because they carry BIG sizes) and got these wicked nurse shoes: black vinyl with a red cross and clunky chunky platform heels - they look just like this but are black instead of white...
All together the three pairs of new shoes only cost about $75 so I didn't do too bad!
