Short term goals that I've been working on: exercise, diet, sober, returning to school. So far I've been successful at every short term goal I've made since the beginning of the year. I have lost 15 lbs through diet and exercise. I am enrolling back into school, did my FAFSA all that is good. The one thing that is the hardest to keep up with is being sober. I believe being sober is the most difficult for me so far because I went for all my goals at once and though I'm managing; here and there I crave certain things. I'm currently busy at work right now as well and that is keeping me occupied. I'll keep you all updated on the progress; I hope to do a shoot end of March showing my progress so far. The coolest part other than losing weight and inches from working out is building stamina! Honestly can't wait to try my new stamina in the bedroom <3

Discipline (not the fun type, lol) is not an easy thing. I'm working on similar goals right now too. I rarely even have a drink these days, so that's not an issue for me. My nemesis is starchy foods. Give me a bowl of pasta or a plate of nachos and it's the next best thing to sex! But I've been good this year about giving up most of the bad foods. I'm down twenty pounds and sticking with the diet so far. The next thing I need to do is get more exercise into my daily life. It's not easy to do with work, classes, etc. but I've got to make time for it. Best of luck to you in continuing to reach your goals!
