Today I decided, rather hastily, that I am quitting smoking. Well, that was nine hours ago, so I guess I have quit smoking. I was too late to stop before I arrived at work. So I just decided, after the lonely cigarette in my purse was gone, I would be done smoking.
So far so good
although, Mikey made a rather delicious dinner that was worthy of an after dinner cigarette, but I did not smoke. Instead, I'm making a pot of steel cut oats, so I don't have to make breakfast everyday this week.
I feel strange. Like my best friend has died. I kind of like it.
Anyway. Wish me luck. And patience.
