We just got out of bed about an hour ago, and I'm just sitting down to some tea and toast. I was also going to have some new cheese I got. It's stilton with lemon rinds in it. I was thinking that would make an excellent breakfast cheese with toast and tea. But, that's a big no. It's way too strong. Does anyone know anything about stilton cheese and how to make it not overwhelming?
