Kids, we have a situation on our hands.
Jason fell off his roof yesterday while trying to get his swamp cooler ready for summer. We've been at the hospital since yesterday afternoon.
As per usual, the doctors are saying next to nothing useful. He has fractured his sacrum, but it's unclear as to whether or not he will need surgery for it. All his internal organs seem to be intact and his neck seems to be fine. Mostly, he's just in a lot of pain and can't walk, sit up, or eat. The sitting up and eating are dependent on the doctors who will also determine if there is a need for surgery.
You can call his cell phone if you want, but no one will answer. Leave a message; he will like to listen to them once he gets more cognizant. You can also call my cell phone. I may actually answer.
