Well well well my Michelle.....So whats gone on in the wonderful and weird world of "Le Hobo" recently?
Well last week was a bit mental.
Have you ever been so busy that you feel as though last week wasnt last week but actualy occurred about 8 months ago?
It started last the weekend where we had an early Xmas dinner for all my close chums (We're all so spread out now we'll never organise anything nearer to Christmas).
Far too much red wine was quaffed and then we moved onto a Chavvy cocktail bar to drink Long Island Ice teas. We then (apparently) moved onto a rough old place for late night drinks and finally on to "Express diner" (The name says it all) for kebabs'n'schtuff.
Next day involved driving back down south and crashing out then getting up at 3am to catch a 6.25am flight to Frankfurt. Airports should not, by law, be allowed to open so early on a Monday morning.
We went to see a supplier in Germany who'd promised us X but could only deliver Y due to a feck up so our journey was basically wasted, so we decided to get drunk that night instead. All courtesy of our hosts
We then flew to Copenhagan the next day and drove across the long bridge in the torrential rain to Sweden.
Wednesday was then a load of meetings and then the works Christmas party (Swedish Christmas food is like a buffet of offal and anything that lives on dry land or in water) and I didn't drink that much but still felt rough the next day.
Then it was another day of meetings before I flew home
And off on Monday night to see the Stereophonics play in Brum, so more driving and more beerI'm properly knackered now!
But I've finished travelling for this year and have my feet firmly rooted to the ground until the new year.
Off to see Bill bailey in Londinium tomorrow night, so that should be good.
Has everyone finished their Xms shopping? I've got one trip left to grab a few stocking fillersincluding my mums present to my girlfriend (A fish tank![biggrin](https://dz3ixmv6nok8z.cloudfront.net/static/img/emoticons/biggrin.b730b6165809.gif)
) which she'll love
