My sister had a call from my Nan's care home saying that the doctors believe there isn't much time left for her at all. My parents are making the 5 hours odd trip to go see her tomorrow.. and because I've just finished my training for my new job and starting on the floor for real on Monday, I can't fucking go with.

After how hard the other day was for me and how I was doing so well at pulling myself out of it, we have to deal with losing my Grandmother now.
