So The Walking Dead is pretty cool so far.
SPOILAHS
I read up to #68 of the comics over the weekend. It's a little different so far, but it does seem to be following the same general path. Although, Jon Bernthal (Shane) is signed up for the same number of episodes as the other main cast members, according to IMDb. So is he still going to go crazy, try to kill Rick, and get shot in the neck by Carl?! ...Probably not. Maybe it will happen later, or in the last episode of the (six episode) first season. The death of Shane is kind of a big thing in the comics, I might be bothered for them to take it out. Or if he dies heroically holding off a swarm of zombies or something. His savage beating of Ed does indicate that he's cracking under the pressure, so that's a hopeful sign.
What you should take from this blog post: I long to see fictional characters get murdered by children.

i am not too terribly excited. i actually hate the snow, especially when it gets all slushy and wet, but i love how beautiful it is when it first hits
