Just found out I have to work Christmas Eve and Christmas day. 14 hours both days. 
It's time and a half for both days, but still WTF? I also picked up some overtime on Thanksgiving but thats only 5 hours. I don't understand why my boss would give someone the holiday off when we are short staffed to begin with.....now shes scrambling around trying to find someone to come in. I origionally have Thanksgiving off but I'm trying to help her out.....some how I know if she doesn't fill the other hours in.....I'm gonna be stuck there all night. I can't leave because there has to be 2 people on the clock at all times. Except from 11p till 9a, then there only has to be one person on the clock. If I'm stuck there till 11p I'm gonna freak out.
