Been very beat as of late and not motivated to do anything. Just so you know I didn't have to work at all over turkey day weekend but the friends place I was supposed to go to kinda blew me off. So I sat at home and had some fried chicken. It was alright though and I just zoned out and relaxed watching some movies. I also made a dear friends mother cry this last week and I wasn't even present when it happened. I'll talk more about that in a bit.
Went and saw Boondock Saints 2 last Friday with a few friends. It was okay but it felt real forced. Some of the scenes just seemed real dumb and I just wanted to hit the new character (I can't remember his name. He let much of an impression on me.) who joined Conner and Murphy in the face with a brick every time he opened his mouth. He was just a worthless character I felt. All in all though it was a fun popcorn flick to catch with a few friends and be entertained for a few hours.
I haven't worked for the last two nights because of nothing to do at work. Which can be killer on trying to keep my sleep schedule. I kept nodding off last night while watching some TV. Which the roommates two cats make even worse since they make everybody just want to fall asleep as soon as they crawl up on your lap.
Been playing a lot of video games these last few weeks. Got and beat Assassins Creed 2 on my Xbox 360. I was even able to get all the in game achievements. A friend let me borrow Lego Indiana Jones. Completed that in a few days. Got all the achievements in that one as well. Now I'm going to go back and finish Modern Warfare 2 this week.
So about making my friends mom cry like a baby. The Tuesday before Thanksgiving my mother and sister went to a Toys 4 Tots thing here in town. My sister was off with my niece and my mother started talking with another lady her age about family, how great Toys 4 Tots is and things like that. My mother tell this lady that I really can't afford to do Christmas this year because I had decided that flying my friend Maren back to see her family and friends was more important. Now Maren has been going to school down in Phoenix to become a motorcycle mechanic for close to the last year and has been having a really tough time being away from her family and friends. I got a collection of money earlier in the year for her when she fell on some hard times and now am bringing her back for the holidays. Well this lady just breaks down bawling when my mother tell her what I had done. My mother asks what was the matter and what she had said to cause these tears and the lady simply replies that that was her daughter and that she couldn't believe Maren had such great friends that would do something like that. The surprise of Maren coming back for Christmas is now slightly ruined for her family but according to the way my mom put it it was the best present they could of wanted and knowing about it early won't take away from the families joy this holiday season.
I hope you all had great turkey days and were sane enough to stay home on Black Friday and avoid those crazy shoppers. Some music to close us out.

Good to go man. I need to get your XBOX live name so I can friend you. Don't kill yourself over work like I'm doing to myself.
