awright there is roughly 5 weeks until my trip to Tennessee. Get to see only one of a few good friends that lives in the midwest which makes me a little bummed but I have already made plans to remedy that come July. So I need to get my car back up to snuff and that will take some work.
I ordered new tires today and will get them installed probably after st, patricks day. I also need to swap in my new 'struts' for my front coil overs and subsequently get an alignment (hopefully it will stay straight longer this time). Also on the list, but not necessary for the trip in april, is get the front end of my car resprayed and then pretty much just go around it and freshen up the rest of the paint as I can pay for it.
Found a pretty rad situation with a painter thats finally more in a reasonable price range and I look forward to having a super clean car. Which means probably spending a couple 8 hours days washing cleaning clay-bar and waxing oy vey.
Maybe I can actually finish off my sound system this year instead of putting it off constantly I have plan for that as well but obviously its not as pressing as things I do at work.
Speaking of which I started writing my first scholarly article for publication. Its a synthesis and characterization paper of a series of compounds that happened to not be viable for electrophilic C-H activation but that's science and I'm planning on trying to get it written up by the end of March and make a posters and start submitting it as an abstract to local and national meetings.
With that I need to keep focused and work since I am planning to graduate May 2014 and its already March 2013 so I am going to have it and enjoy what I can.
