I'm really bored at home doing the quarantine so I'm training a lot.
Today I did many splits, hanstands and straddle planches to make my body stronger.
Do you like sports? Which do u practice? How many time do you spend training on a week?
I miss training at the park on the high bars... I want my humanflag' back😭
