My shoulder is hurting so bad this week, I have a tendinitis caused by the kind of job I have. It's been more than a year that I endure that. Taking pills do no good. I'm sorry, I had to vent to someone...i'm lucky it's not a constant pain.

My summer holidays are in less than one week! I can't wait...they will begin this sunday and I actually work on saturday till midnight...ugh torture!

If you've seen a doctor in the past year, I would make a claim to the CSST if I was you (which happens to be my employer btw).

If you can demonstrate that your job has inherent "risks" coupled with a non-ergonomic work station, the CSST will accept your claim and pay for treatment, exams etc. (although I'm betting your employer, a hospital, would rather you not file a claim and just deal with it themselves...).
