Oh yes! This week's blog homework from the lovely @missy, @lyxzen, and @rambo is about our first job, and I adored my first real job!

I'm one of those people who gets bored when they don't have something to do, and even when I was too young to have a legal job I did pet sitting; advertising my services through flyers and

EXACTLY! I don't see any difference between a teacher harassing me and a 16-17 year old student who knows better, and was quite a bit larger than me as well. If he was some little boy that didn't understand what he was saying/doing i would not have made a big deal about it. What an injustice to punish the victim and re-assure that students behavior is totally acceptable for a young man. He was a disgusting brute and who knows, they may have helped create a future rapist.   I'm right there with you about putting your foot down when you have matured enough to match wits, or full on outwit the authority figures. I started back talking a lot in my teen years, but it wasn't very polite hehe.  Now that i think about it, it's pretty pathetic to be an adult but their maturity level is so low that they need to pick on youngsters half their age or more to feel superior. That's terrible that teachers at your school would gossip about little kids behind their backs, how could they not realize how mean spirited and inappropriate that is. If they hate kids, feel free to get a different job!

There are so many hilarious medieval works of art! I actually really wanted to study art at university but admittedly there's even less jobs in that than the course I did haha. X

I started taking valerian root a little over a month ago to help me sleep better. I'm one of those people whose mind explodes when the lights turn off and my head hits the pillow. And it always seems like I come up with the best(?) ideas during the time when my mind is barely in a twilight slumber then of course I wake

Hostas are a good idea, but be aware of one small fact: they are toxic to cats, dogs, and, if memory serves, horses. Other than that, they are excellent plants.

didn't know how beautiful african violets are! they are amazingly beautiful! <3

This week, @rambo, @lyxzen, and @missy are wondering what skill we would like to acquire. I always think with a little hard work and determination anything is possible, but sometimes you just miss the boat on certain things, and think back, wow, I really wish I'd learned how to do *fill in the blank*. And I really wish I'd learned how to play

you are a beautiful woman love <3

(I don't know what the hell we were doing, but look at all that alcohol! Can you spy the African Grey from hell? I'm sure we were rocking out to whatever on Pandora which is a miracle since the only music that really unites us is industrial. Other than that our musical tastes differ dramatically.)

Which leads me to the question: What band

Christian music in many genera, but mainly christian country and christian rock. I like a lot of old school rap but don't care for cop-killer and hardcore violence/ demeaning of women rap and hiphop. I'll name Sublime though, always hated sublime and think they were/are soooooooo overrated. People get pissed at me and say i'm full of shit because "everyone loves Sublime", well i don't! The lead singers voice is like nails on a chalk board to me.
dashwood_one:
Christian rock, hmm. Why? It must, if the musician is fairly religious, seem wrong to be doing such 'horrid noisy stuff'. It's generally rubbish music too - everybody knows that the Devil has all the best tunes. Oddly,  Jesus, as portrayed in western iconography, looks exactly like Kirk Hammett of Metallica. I imply nothing here, it's just an observation. ; )

So I guess this is going to be the weekend update blog! Saturday we braved the gale force winds to travel down to more gale force winds in the seaside town of Berwick-upon-Tweed. And despite nearly getting blown off a hill, it was a lovely little town and I was really pleased to get a little beach time in (and by

Sounds like another fun weekend for you. I swear, I'm having some kind of adventure after this semester is over. I'm dedicating it to you!!
catdad:
Great pics!  You have lots of mini adventures.  :)

I've rather been struggling with this week's @bloghomework simply because I don't want to be one of those people who gloat about who they know and who they've met. I really don't care what someone does for a living as long as they're a decent person and if they've happened to gain notoriety while doing it, well good

Oh. Wow!! The model from that album. It's one of my favorite albums. Having Maynard come in and request you. That's nuts. Great blog!

I feel like I've been a little MIA here the past week or so. My library studies friends and I have been searching for a place to stay in Wales for our next study school in September that's both close to the school and the centre of town since none of us will be bringing a car. At the last study school we

You loose in a feamale reform school – hell of a thought. That is one great shot of you. An amazingly erotic stare.

Sexy

This is what I kept hearing right up to when I got on the plane to France to do some fetish work that paid so much I would have been a fool to turn it down. And thus begins another episode of @bloghomework brought to you by the wonderful @missy @lyxzen and @rambo!

I've done a good number of crazy things in regards to

What a crazy story!! I'd love to see a movie made of your life. I admire the choices you take in everything you do. Incredible!!

@tulfanbru The movie made about my life would probably be more like an after school special.  :)
