I go to a women's college. Instead of sorority houses we have theme houses. At the end of each year students petition for what houses they want the next year. Next year I know one of the houses is for Art History majors/minors.

I like to bake, especially when I can convert a recipe to a healthier version that still works. I am always subbing whole wheat flour and oats for white flour. But I have to say, my forte is really cooking not baking.

Also, if you like to bake, try to find a copy of "The Tassajara Bread Book." It is out of print, but worth the search. Zen baking. No kidding. Best cookbook I have.
I did not get the job. They wanted someone with more experiance. I am very depressed.
