Well we were talking about it in the library recently cos they were hiring a new library assisant, and apparently if a few people seem good enough to do the job on paper, the head librarian asks everyone else who they thought fitted in best with the team and was the most friendly..
So just be nice and confident, try to say hello to any other members of staff if you can, umm..don't be ridiculously nervous like I was...
