I have an interview on monday. My best friend, AiR, helped me look at job ads today and she came across this:

Figured what the hell, I called. After setting up an interview with them I googled them. There was no name attached to the ad so I couldn't before hand. Silverback Trading Company is the name. Found this:

My dear friend, AiR, told me I should cut back on my expenses...cut cable and phone...get an anwsering machine on my cell. Keep the internet to job search...sure it might make sense but my gut reaction was to flip. I mean my cable keeps me sane, keeps my guy sane...we need that. As for the phone...well cutting it off by itself won't save much as we are paying for a bundle currently for phone, cable and internet. Yeah so I refuse to do that. She thinks I'm being stupid. Which is frustrating.
Ok so this is a long entry.
My guy has clincal depression and social anxiety. There I said it. Sigh...does anyone understand why I need to try and maintain as many fun things as possible? He is on a new drug, it makes his stomach sick constantly. He is going to be going to see a psychiatrist. we are waiting to hear when the appointment will be. Maybe from a fincial stand point we should cut the cable, phone, internet...after all I could use the library computer ...though I could not access suicidegirls there but I do not want to do that. I will miss those things. Travis will miss those things. It will make life worse not better. Saving some money will not make life better even is we are strapped for cash. getting a good job, Travis getting better, those things will make life better. I love Travis so much so much so much. I just want him to be happy. I want us to be happy.
I am babysitting tonight.
My niece. She's one. I am looking forward to it. My sister and brother in-law are going out for his birthday. Comedy Fest.
Saturday is a friend's brithday, Sue. I use to work with her. We are going to the Pogue for drinks. Should be fun Sue is always alot of fun. AiR is coming too. Not sure if Travis will join us or not. Bars aren't his thing. Though the food at the Pogue is! It is an Irish bar and has very tasty food 
Yummy! 
Ok so it is 2:40. I worked on the website for three hours today. I did almost two yesterday...I can do the other 5 tomorrow...right?
Time for food. Time to dig T out of bed. He was up all night writing. He is writing a young adult novel. It is very good! He is such a good writer. I tried to start a story...haven't got too far. Travis is just such a natural.
Ya know in University he always got A's on his papers and did better than me on the exams...even though he never read the books !
He is just that good! (we were English Majors togther)

So the job involves selling something. The fact they say a car is an asset makes it sound like they'll want people to sell stuff in person. Hope it's not one of those jobs where they drop you off at an office building with a bag full of crap and expect you to sell it. I always hated those people when I worked in an office.
But, if you can make money at it, that's the main thing right now.
Being on disability, I know what it's like to have problems keeping on top of bills. But, like you and Travis, things like phone, cable and internet are really important. Especially when money is tight. You may have to stop going out to movies to save money, but at least cable and net will give you something to do at home.
