so my date with lock went very well 
seeing him this weekend which i cant wait for!!!!
my new kid was ok, but i think he could be a handfull. i had to consently tell him to stop doing things but hopefully it was just him trying to push the boundaries and see how far i could be pushed(not far i promise!!!!!!!!!) he has an awful stammer too which must be very frustrating for him. but the rest of the class were very good and i was so proud, they ignored his bad behaviour and were so excepting of his stammer!!!!

The kid is testing you but sometimes with ADD or ADHD it's just normal behavior to them that is bad behavior for others.
My little girl can't sit still for any length of time.Her teacher noticed that she didn't wonder around the class.She stayed at her desk but did stand up and move around the desk itself.
Once the teacher realized this and stopped trying to make her be still everything went quite well.
These kids are a little different but they are good kids once you learn thier little(bloody well annoying)quirks.Good luck with the child and the
