I'm having migraines a lot lately. More this year than ever. Some people say I should have an MRI. I just think I need to refill my meds and deal with it through the holidays. Then I'll see a doctor. I hope everything is ok. I'm the biggest hypochondriac. I'll be freaked out about somehting else next week.

Christmas! What Christmas?

I am growing blue poppies on my balcony. Wish me luck because I have no idea what I'm doing! robot

Went through years of migraines, they have plagued a few of us in my family, certain amount of genetics to it.... but the upside is they typically don't last your life time but the down side is that as you proceed through your 20s they will become more likely then less..... But what is important is to find ways that work for you to deal with them and avoid them.... Whether it be medication, massage, accupunture, exercise find what works. Learn to deal with stress and more importantly how to let it go relaxing the body in what ever way that works is the best way to avoid them... of course there is the diet thing, but I personally said fuck it and would never stay away from chocolate, but of course diet is secondary..... but in the end going into your 30's this starts to turn around and you find normality again.... Try different types of pain killers on the market there is no one cure all for these things

You have all my sympathy.... I have had my share of some real nasty fuckers including where they fuck with your sight and speech.... yes this can happen for short periods just before the set in and those ones get to be nasty.... If you want to write feel free... of course it doesn't have to be on tis topic wink
